How to create an object with program ID VsWizardEngine


There is an error in
\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Vc7\vcprojects\SwCOMAddinWizard.vsz that prevents object with program ID VsWizardEngine from getting created. To correct the error:

Change: Wizard=VsWizard.VsWizardEngine

To: Wizard=VsWizard.VsWizardEngine.7.1
