Obtaining a Network License File

The SolidNetWork License (SNL) file is a text file containing license information that clients access to check licenses in and out.

To obtain an SNL file:

1. Go to https://customercenter.solidworks.com.

2. Type your Email Address and Password and click Sign-In, or create a new account.

3. Click Register My Products.

4. Enter your serial number and other requested information.

A license file is emailed to you.

5. When you receive the email, copy the SNL file (text file) to your hard drive.
