The products for which downloads were attempted are listed, with the results of the download.
If there are download errors or a download is cancelled, you can retry the download. Downloads always resume where they left off. For example, if your download folder was created during a previous download that was cancelled, the previous download completes. However, two users should not download to the same directory at the same time.

For products where the download failed, the reason for the failure is given. The most common reason for repeated download failures is the presence of a proxy server on your network. Companies frequently install such proxy servers to restrict access to certain applications that download multiple files. For details, ask your network administrator.
Click Retry Download to resume the download, Previous to change download settings, or Close to close the application.
If the download was cancelled after it was begun, products that were not downloaded are listed.
To resume the download, click Retry Download.
The Download Complete screen can display:
When you download a new version of the Installation Manager.
Click Close to close the current installer and run the new version that you just downloaded.
When you select Download Only for an existing Installation Manager.
