To log in as a PDMWorks Workgroup client:
Client user names and passwords are not the same in PDMWorks Workgroup as for Microsoft Windows login. Contact your system administrator for login information.
To connect to the PDMWorks Workgroup Viewer:
Contact your system administrator for the URL to connect to the Viewer.
To update the PDMWorks Workgroup clients:
The PDMWorks Workgroup clients (SolidWorks add-in and Contributor) detect when the Vault has been updated. You do not need to download a service pack to update clients.
