ATI FireGL graphics card. eDrawings crashes or hangs on ATI FireGL graphics cards (both desktop and laptop) when using a driver version greater than 8.062 (2d Driver 6.14.10.6483). To correct the problem, go to Control Panel, Display, Settings, Advanced, Configuration and select "SolidWorks" as the active profile.
Annotations. The eDrawings Viewer does not support display of annotations fixed at the same size (SolidWorks: Tools, Options, Document Properties, Detailing, Annotations Display, Always display text at the same size is not supported). Only 1-to-1 scaling is supported; text scaling is not supported.
COSMOSWorks
Macintosh
Password-protected DXF/DWG files are not supported on eDrawings for Macintosh.
The Search command in the eDrawings for Macintosh help does not work.
SolidWorks
Tablet PCs. If you have the Tablet XP operating system without Service Pack 2, markup may not work correctly if you launch eDrawings directly from the installation. Install the Tablet XP operating system Service Pack 2 to fix this issue.
Resolved issues:
eDrawings installs correctly when IntelliCAD is installed on the computer.
Printing when a Japanese font is missing from the user's system is correct.
OLE images in DWG files are displayed.
File association icons in Windows Explorer are correct.
Launch of eDrawings as a user or power user no longer triggers an installer for unrelated program.

3D XML Import:
To import 3D XML models, select 3DXML Files (*.3dxml) for Files of type in the Open dialog box.

Sub-assemblies are displayed in the same order in the eDrawings component tree as in the SolidWorks FeatureManager design tree.
Exploded view order is the same in eDrawings as in SolidWorks.

APIs ComponentCount and ComponentName now return correct values if you use the configuration name.
eDrawings Professional. When you are using eDrawings Professional, the eDrawings Viewer title bar displays "eDrawings Professional."
SolidNetwork License. The Disable SolidWorks Network License option (Tools, Options, General, Performance) lets you disable SolidWorks Network License (SNL) if your machine has been configured to use SNL (default: SNL is enabled). If you toggle this option, restart the eDrawings application to apply the change.
Macintosh. eDrawings for Macintosh is supported in English, French, German, and Japanese.
Mouse wheel zoom. Zooming with the mouse wheel now re-centers the view.
